Chocolate Souffle

Did you ever dream to bite into a cloud! This is it, but even better; it's a chocolate cloud.
Here is the perfect mix between a light, fluffy texture and a deep chocolate flavor. And guess what? If you are gluten-free, this is your dessert!

Serves: 2ppl

Ingredients:                                                         Oven Temp: 350 degrees Fahrenheit
4.4 oz chocolate                                                 Cooking Time: 10-12 min
2 tbsp. butter
4 egg whites
2 eggs yolks
3 tbsp. sugar

Step 1: Melt your chocolate and butter in pan over medium-low heat. Once melted, set aside to cool down.

Step 2: Whisk egg whites with the sugar, until they form peaks.
